Officers were called to the Woolmanhill roundabout at 4.40am after a car overturned. Denburn Road was closed for several hours from the roundabout to Guild Street. A police spokeswoman said: “We received reports of a one-car crash at Woolmanhill roundabout in Aberdeen around 4.40am. “Emergency services attended and the southbound carriageway was closed for few hours, reopening around 7.30am. “Five people were taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary as a precautionary measure. “Inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the crash are ongoing.”
