A world-renowned Scottish comedian will return to the city’s annual comedy festival later this year.
Daniel Sloss has been booked to take the stage at the Aberdeen International Comedy Festival this October.
He will bring his new show, HUBRIS to the event which runs from October 1 to October 11 at the Music Hall.
Shona Byrne, Aberdeen Inspired’s senior project manager, said: “The international comedy festival has grown to become one of the big three comedy festivals in Scotland and with headliners like Daniel Sloss, as well as recently announced Jon Richardson for the 2020 event, we are aiming to continue that this year.
“He’s a real crowd pleaser and we are thrilled to welcome him on his first Scottish date of his limited tour run of HUBRIS this October.
“Aberdeen Inspired has been working hard to grow the festival and it is events like these which reinforce Aberdeen’s growing status as a great city for comedy.”
Mr Sloss will be joining the line-up alongside previously announced Gary Meikle, Tez Ilyas and headliner Mr Richardson.
His previous show X sold out in 40 countries and he has gained a widespread following of devoted fans wherever he performs.
His show will take place on October 4 and tickets can be bought by visiting www.aberdeencomedyfestival.com
