Firefighters were called to Crovie Farm in Banff following reports that the surround gorse was alight. Four crews remain on site. A spokeswoman said: “We received reports of a fire at Crovie Farm at around 11.34am. “Four fire appliances were sent alongside a water carrier and a wild fire unit.” A video posted on Facebook by Nojus Cerniauskas shows the flames spreading on the hillside. There are not thought to be any injuries.
