Motorists experienced delays this afternoon after a lorry broke down on the A90 outside Stonehaven. Officers attended to the large goods vehicle that blocked one lane of the Aberdeen to Dundee southbound carriageway. The road has now fully reopened. A statement said: “We dealt with a broken down artic lorry on the A90, south of Stonehaven near the junction for Lumgair.
