An Aberdeenshire community woke up to a surprise delivery of Easter eggs on their doorstep.
The mysterious Easter bunny spread the cheer among residents of Lawsondale Drive in Westhill.
Eddy Loudon was overjoyed at the gesture.
The 70-year-old said: “It’s amazing and has lifted everyone’s spirit. I would like to thank this unknown bunny before he or she runs back to their burrow.”
Stumbling across the goodwill gesture on her doorstep on the way to pick up her paper delivery, she added: “It made me feel humble, I deal with my own multiple sclerosis and it gave me so much pleasure that someone could do that for me.
“On Thursday we stood outside clapping for all these wonderful frontline workers, everyone deserves to be applauded.
“To see someone do a lovely gesture like that it honestly fills your heart with joy, and lets you know that there are good people in the world.
“Especially in this time of doom and gloom something like that can bring a lot of joy into your life.”
The gesture is one of many made by unsung heroes across the region as the lockdown continues.
