Police are appealing for witnesses following a report of teenagers making abuse remarks towards a local resident in a north-east park.
Officers said a group of youths, aged 14-16 years old, were within the skate park at Pitmedden Park at 6.15pm on Tuesday when the incident happened.
Constable Chris MacKinnon, of the Ellon Community Policing Team, said: “Behaviour of this kind is not common within the community and I urge anyone who was in the area at the time or witnessed the incident to call police on 101.”
