Dean Rezin was driving a black Nissan Juke on October 18, 2019 when he was stopped by officers on Gordon’s Mills Road in Aberdeen. Aberdeen Sheriff Court heard officers stopped the car due to the way it was being driven. Rezin, of Walker Gardens, Aberdeen, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and driving without insurance by letter yesterday. Defence solicitor Neil McRobert said his client was currently in full time employment. “He shouldn’t have been driving the vehicle. He was disqualified and he knew he was disqualified,” he added. Sheriff William Summers ordered Rezin to pay a £1,000 fine and disqualified him from driving for a further 16 months.
