A pedestrian was taken to hospital tonight after being hit by a car in an Aberdeenshire town.
Emergency services were called to Oldmeldrum Road, Inverurie at around 7.45pm.
It is not thought the pedestrian was badly hurt in the crash, which happened near the road’s junction with Osprey Heights.
A police spokesman told The P&J: “The individual was taken to hospital to be checked over.
“Their injuries are thought to be minor.”
