A man has been charged with breaking lockdown rules by repeatedly going outside.
Peter McCaffrey, of Summer Street, Aberdeen, allegedly ignored the outdoor ban on March 30 and again on April 2.
The 58-year-old is said to have behaved in a “threatening” or “abusive” manner at Rosemount Viaduct on March 30 and allegedly broke lockdown by leaving his home without having any reasonable excuse.
McCaffrey faces the same charges for a separate date on April 2.
It is further alleged he behaved in a threatening manner on Virginia Street on April 5 and again on May 30.
His case was continued without plea at Aberdeen Sheriff Court yesterday and will call again next month.
