Two drivers have been asked to come forward following a disturbance in Aberdeen City Centre last weekend.
It is believed that their vehicles may have been damaged by a 43-year-old, who was arrested shortly afterwards.
He had been involved in an alleged altercation with two other men in busy Market Street, at 12.20pm, last Saturday.
Immediately after, he is thought to have damaged two vehicles, which were being driven down Market Street, towards Guild Street, prior to being apprehended.
Neither of the drivers stopped and police have asked them to get in touch, as they may have important information.
Constable Alison Arnold said: “A 46-year-old man has been charged in connection with the alleged incident and a report will be sent to the procurator fiscal but we are still keen to speak to the two drivers, who are asked to call 101.”
