The incident happened on the A948 Ellon to New Deer road at Auchnagatt, around 8.10am. A police spokeswoman said officers and the ambulance service were called to the scene, but nobody was been injured. The A948 was closed between Auchnagatt and Arnage for several hours to allow the clean up of spilt fluids and recovery of the vehicle. The road re-opened shortly before 1pm.
