A 4×4 vehicle has been stolen during a break-in at a rural Aberdeenshire house.
The blue Land Rover Discovery, registration number SY11 OKH, was taken from a property in the Blairdaff area, near Inverurie, between 1.45pm and 2.45pm last Wednesday.
Jewellery, electronic devices and clothing were also stolen.
Now police are urging motorists who were in the “surprisingly busy” area to come forward with information.
Constable Alexander Carnie said: “Although the vehicle was stolen from a fairly isolated house, the road between Chapel of Garioch and Blairdaff is surprisingly busy, and we would be keen to hear from anyone travelling on the road at that time who saw anything suspicious.”
