More than £12,000 worth of drugs, including heroin, cocaine and cannabis, was recovered in Aberdeen at the weekend.
Five people appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court yesterday in connection with the police seizures.
Kerry Mackie, 33, and Susan Walker, 51, from Aberdeen; Leroy Miller, 29, from Kilwinning, Ayrshire and James Simmonds, 29, from London, have been charged and released on bail.
Henrique Cabral, 21, from Aberdeen, was remanded in custody. All accused made no plea or declaration.
The searches were carried out under Operation Maple in Garthdee, Summerhill and Great Northern Road.
Detective Inspector Lorna Ferguson said: “This latest recovery under Operation Maple is a great result and will bring some respite to our local residents.”
