Plans from developer Cala Homes for 76 houses in the Bridge of Don area of Aberdeen have been approved.
The application for a site at Dubford was granted by officials at the local authority under delegated powers, meaning it did not require to be considered by councillors.
The Links at Dubford scheme will include 65 four and five bedroom homes and 11 affordable properties.
Mike Naysmith, managing director for Cala Homes (North), said: “We are very pleased to have been granted permission for this development.
“The Links at Dubford will provide high quality homes with striking views across rolling hills and the North Sea on the periphery of the city, highlighting our ethos of building first class properties in outstanding locations.”
The land at Dubford was included in the city’s local development plan as an area suitable for housing.
Mr Naysmith said work at the site was expected to start next month.
