Two drivers have sustained minor injuries after a two car crash at St Cyrus in Aberdeenshire.
Emergency services were sent to the scene, on the A92 Stonehaven to St Cyrus road at Roadside Terrace just after 3pm.
One of the drivers had to be cut from their vehicle by firefighters.
A fire service spokeswoman said: “We were called at 3.23pm to reports of a two vehicle crash on the A92 in St Cyrus. Cutting equipment was used to free one of the drivers. We sent two appliances from Inverbervie and Laurencekirk, and then also requested one from Montrose.”
The road remains closed while the vehicles are cleared.
