An Aberdeen community group is in desperate need of city centre storage space to continue its vital work.
Street Friends Helping The Homeless urgently needs secure holdings for equipment they use as part of their outreach service twice a week.
Ideally, it would be near Marks and Spencer on St Nicholas Street as this is where the team meets on Wednesday and Sunday nights.
Currently volunteers fill their cars with tables, trolleys and fold up tables, to transport them – sometimes having to do multiple trips.
Communications secretary, Sam Raion, said: “It does not have to be big, just secure and accessible during the week, evenings and weekends.”
As well as being on the streets twice a week distributing clothing, food, toiletries and necessities, Street Friends operates an online befriending service.
Mr Raion added: “Our online Monday to Sunday befriending has helped so many people, offering direct referrals to expert services.”
