Blaze forces evacuation of Torry flat

Three fire crews dealt with a blaze at a ground floor flat in Aberdeen this afternoon.

Appliances from Central, Altens, and North Anderson Drive fire stations, with 13 personnel, attended at Walker Road, Torry.

The alarm to the four-storey building was raised just after 3pm, with the all clear given at 3.25pm.

There were no injuries, rescues or evacuations, while there was minor smoke damage to the property.
