The moment a group of Dons fans chanted ‘Peter Pawlett baby’ during a Human League concert has been captured on video.
The chant – adopted by Aberdeen FC fans during a successful 2013-14 season for the club – led to a resurgence for 1980s Human League song “Don’t You Want Me Baby”.
And on Friday during the first night of music at this year’s T in the Park, the red army made their voice heard among the many revelers at the hugely popular music festival.
The song grew in popularity following the Dons League Cup final win over Inverness Caley Thistle at Celtic Park in March.
Soon after the victory, the song made it to Scottish number one slot, and the UK’s number 19, the band agreed to head to T in the Park for a comeback gig.
