The 38-year-old was admitted to the hospital complaining of lethargy, shaking, severe weight loss and having experienced two weeks of incontinence. The five inch sex toy could have gone on to cause her potentially life-threatening damage. The item had to be surgically removed after it was found to be protruding into her bladder. She admitted to doctors at having used the sex object with a partner while under the influence of alcohol ten years beforehand. The incident was reported in the The Journal of Sexual Medicine.
