Two accidents have occurred within just two hours on the same north-east road.
A motorist had a lucky escape after his sports car flipped over at a bend on the Woggle Road, an unclassified back road between Blackburn and Westhill.
The road was partially blocked by the red Mazda MX-5 following the accident just after 5pm.
Two hours later, shortly before 7pm, a white Citroen Relay Van and a white Kia Sportage collided at another bend on the same road.
A police spokesman confirmed no one had been seriously injured in either accident.
“Paramedics attended the crash at 7pm as a precaution and to make sure those involved were OK,” he said.
