The incident happened at the town’s Lido. The 18-year-old victim was hit by a 17-year-old youth and suffered minor injuries. It is understood the attacker drove away from the scene in a green Honda Civic car. Police have urged witness to the incident, which happened at 10.10pm on Monday, to contact them on 101, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
