Police searching for a missing mother and son who they thought could be in Aberdeen have said they have been located safe and well.
Malgorzata Jarecka was reported missing around 6.45pm on Wednesday after she was not at her home as expected, with concerns raised for her welfare.
Officers believed they may have travelled to Aberdeen, however, they have since been traced.
Dorset Police said: “Officers searching for a woman who had gone missing from Bournemouth with her young son are pleased to update that they have been found.
“Dorset Police had received a report on Wednesday 14 April 2021 raising concern for the welfare of Malgorzata Jarecka after she was not at her home address as expected. She and her son have now been located safe and well.
“We would like to thank everyone who shared our appeal.”
