Friends of Duthie Park will hold their annual open day later this month.
Families can enjoy entertainment from the Bon Accord Silver Band, as well as piper Calum Lawrie, the Airyhall Dancers and the Sharon Gill School of Dancing.
There will also be appearances from Wrestlezone Scotland, AFC in the Community, British Military Fitness, and First Aberdeen’s Vintage Vehicles.
Bokwa, Zumba and Powerhoops classes will take place on the day, as well as various children’s activities, rides on canoes and pedalos, and an appearance by Spike the Talking Cactus.
Organisers hope the August 17 event – being sponsored by global fabrication company A-Fab – will be the biggest and most successful yet.
Tony Dawson, chairman of Friends of Duthie Park, said: “It’s fantastic that A-Fab is the latest prestigious name from the private sector that recognises what a jewel in the crown Duthie Park is and, thanks to A-Fab’s support, it promises to be another wonderful occasion a week on Sunday.”
