A 17-year-old boy is due to appear in court on a drugs charge today.
It comes after police raided five addresses in the Seaton area of Aberdeen yesterday and recovered more than £1,000 of cannabis.
Three men, two aged 19 and the other 25, will be reported to procurator fiscal and appear in court at a later date, along with a 19-year-old woman.
Officers carried out the raids as part of their ongoing crackdown on drugs, Operation Maple.
Sergeant Stuart McAdam said: “The action taken is a direct result of the information that the public provide us, who are fed up of drug abuse in their communities. There is no place for illegal drugs in Aberdeen and we will continue to take action to remove them from our streets.
“The officers in Seaton Community Policing have been assisted by colleagues from CID and the Organised Crime Unit, as well as specialist support from dog handlers and dogs.
“I want to encourage anyone with information to contact us to support us in our drive against drugs and to address local concerns.”
