The hearing of a former Aberdeenshire care home boss – suspended following the death of a patient – has been adjourned until later in the year.
Pamela Tavendale, who ran Stonehaven’s Mowat Court between January and October 2012, faces being struck off the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) register.
Ms Tavendale was given an 18-month ban while health chiefs investigated her time at the home.
The family of Gladys Burr claim the 89-year-old was restrained illegally and drugged needlessly during that time, and the way she was treated accelerated her death.
Eleven complaints against the home were upheld following an investigation by the Care Inspectorate.
