Police are hunting for three teenagers after a fire at a historic Aberdeen pool last night.
The blaze broke out in the Bon Accord Baths, on Justice Mill Lane, at about 8.30pm.
The teenagers, who are all described as being about 17 with short, dark hair, were spotted on the roof of the building around the time of the incident.
One was wearing a red top, while other two were in dark clothing.
Two fire crews from Aberdeen had the fire under control by 9.30pm, using a hose reel jet and breathing apparatus.
Constable Adam Mellis said: “Although this turned out to be a very minor fire, the potential consequences could have resulted in significant property damage and also posed a danger to the youths that we believe entered the building.
“I would ask if anyone has any knowledge of this incident to contact police.”
