A man has appeared in court accused of being concerned in the supply of drugs.
Dean Robinson, 31, of Liverpool, appeared in private at Aberdeen Sheriff Court yesterday to face two charges of supplying drugs.
He made no plea or declaration, and the case was continued for further examination. He was granted bail.
It comes after police raided a flat in the Regent Court area of Aberdeen on Thursday, and recovered £2,600 of heroin and cocaine.
Two other men, aged, 37 and 39, were due to appear in court in connection with the alleged incident but were released without appearing in court.
A spokesman for the Crown Office said: “The procurator fiscal at Aberdeen has received a report concerning two men, aged 37 and 39 years old in connection with an alleged incident in Aberdeen on August 7, 2014.
“Following full and careful consideration, they were liberated from custody and did not appear in court.
“The report remains under consideration by the procurator fiscal.”
