Veteran north-east MP Sir Malcolm Bruce is due to launch his 32nd and final annual summer tour of his constituency.
The Liberal Democrat, who steps down at next year’s Westminster elections, will be holding 60 surgeries in towns and villages across Gordon.
The tour begins at Arnage tomorrow and finishes in Ruthven on Thursday August 28.
Sir Malcolm, the deputy leader of the Lib Dems, said: “Over the course of seven days I will be stopping off at schools, village halls, shops and other community meeting points.
“From Huntly to Bridge of Don, Ellon to Bridge of Alford, I am more than happy to speak to anyone who has a problem or an issue that they would like to raise with me.
“I will always listen and do my best to help and give advice.
“Appointments aren’t necessary, but constituents can phone 01467 623413 or 013398 89120 for more information or should they wish to arrange an appointment.
“This will be the thirty-second time that I have held a summer tour around the constituency since I was first elected in 1983.
“I always enjoy meeting constituents and visiting local communities and I look forward to seeing as many people as possible over the course of the tour.”
