Four people a in court in connection with a £20,000 haul of heroin and crack cocaine in Aberdeen.
Police recovered the drugs, along with a mid four-figure sum of cash, at an address in College Street today in what was described as an “intelligence led” operation.
Two women, aged 29 and 30, and two men, aged 33 and 35, were expected to appear in Aberdeen Sheriff Court today charged with various drug offences.
Sergeant Scott Gillespie of Aberdeen City Division’s CID Proactive Unit said: “We are committed to tackling those involved in the misuse of controlled drugs in our communities and I would encourage the public to report any suspicious activity they see within their communities to us, so we can take positive action.”
