Scott Raeburn, 45, was stopped by police on the A90 near Stonehaven around 7.50pm on Saturday. Mr Raeburn was heading north at the time. Police Scotland said a quantity of drugs class A drugs were seized with an estimated value of approximately £17,000. Mr Raeburn is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court today.
