Emergency services dealt with two separate accidents on the same road through Aberdeenshire on Monday.
A Stagecoach bus and a van collided on the A90 Fraserburgh to Aberdeen road, at Kirktown Brae.
The route was shut south of Fraserburgh in both directions and motorists were advised to find an alternative route.
After being cleared, the road reopened at around 4.30pm.
Meanwhile, the A90 was also partially closed southbound near Balmedie after a lorry and van crashed by Foveran.
The driver of the van was taken to hospital to be treated for “serious” injuries.
This section of road has also now reopened.
Police and paramedics were called to the first crash near Fraserburgh at about 12.10pm.
A police spokeswoman said: “Around 12.10pm on Monday November 15 officers were called to a report of a road crash involving a van and a bus on the A90 at Kirktown Brae, Fraserburgh.
“Police and ambulance attended and the van driver was taken by ambulance to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and later released.
“The road reopened around 4.30pm.”
A spokeswoman for Stagecoach Bluebird said: “One of our vehicles was involved in a collision south of Fraserburgh on Monday 15th November.
