A public meeting to discuss the flooding problem faced by an Aberdeenshire town has been re-scheduled.
Earlier this week, the Press and Journal reported Aberdeenshire Council had been criticised for failing to take action quickly enough to safeguard Stonehaven from last week’s severe weather.
In addition, it was also reported a public meeting had been organised by the Stonehaven Flood Action Group’s coastal flooding subcommittee for this Tuesday.
Due to the number of people now expected to turn-out, the meeting has had to be re-arranged for the following week, on Tuesday, October 28 at the Stonehaven Bowling Club.
