Funeral to be held for Aberdeen woman Arlene Mant

The funeral of an Aberdeen woman who died suddenly after a night out with friends will be held next week.

Arlene Mant, 23, of King Street, was found dead in her bed on September 13.

The death of the former St Machar Academy pupil is thought to be related to her Type-1 diabetes, which she was diagnosed with at the age of 14.

She is survived by her father, Ralph Mant, mother, Moira Adie, and her sister, Lisa.

Her funeral will be held at the Aberdeen Funeral Home on Wednesday October 22 at 11am, and thereafter to Hazlehead Cemetery.
