Two men have been arrested in connection with a fatal crash in Aberdeen.
Gabriel Lungu died after his white Dacia Sandero collided with a silver Volkswagen Golf on Hilton Drive.
The Golf crashed through a garden wall, at the junction of Hilton Avenue before coming to a stop.
The occupants allegedly then fled the scene on foot.
Police have now confirmed two men, aged 21 and 25, have been arrested with road traffic offences following the incident on December 30.
A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.

Mr Lungu, 42, was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary following the crash, but later died from his injuries.
Friend Ionut Draghiciu, who set up the GoFundMe, said Mr Lungu did “everything” he could to help those around him and keep his family happy and healthy.
He wrote: “He was the most hard working, caring man you could ever hope to know and his absence is too painful for words.”
