Three units were deployed to the residence at Kirkbrae Drive at 1.50am. Five people, including three children, were evacuated. One person was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary to be treated for smoke inhalation. An all-clear was given at 2.15am. The extent of damage to the home is not known.
