Specialist searches for the 20-year-old are continuing and Inspector Alan Brown of the Community Policing Team based in Fraserburgh said: “We are continuing today with assistance from specialist resources.
“It is now three weeks since Shaun was last seen after he had been for a night out on Friday, October 31, and we are becoming increasingly concerned for his wellbeing.
“We are hoping that with it being the three-week mark people’s memories may be jogged and they may remember seeing something that might help the enquiry.
“It is possible that Shaun has tried to seek shelter and we would again appeal to farmers in the area and members of the public, to check their sheds and outbuildings.
“We would ask that anyone who has any piece of information in relation to Shaun’s whereabouts to contact Police Scotland on 101.”
