A man has appeared in court charged with attempted abduction and a series of sex offences in Aberdeen.
Gordon Pollard faced one count of sexual assault and two of indecent exposure.
He is also charged with showing someone an indecent image and attempted abduction.
The 39-year-old made no plea when he appeared in private at Aberdeen Sheriff Court in front of Sheriff Graham Buchanan yesterday.
His case was continued for further examination and he was remanded in custody.
Gordon, whose address was given as Aberdeen, will appear again on December 3.
Last night a spokesman for Police Scotland said the incidents were alleged to have taken place on the city’s Arron Avenue and School Drive on November 8 and on Millburn Street on Saturday.
The spokesman said both incidents were alleged to have involved a silver van.
He said: “We would like to thank the public for their assistance in this investigation and encourage anyone with further information to contact Police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 if you wish to remain anonymous.”
