Three fire engines and a height vehicle were called to the address at Rowan Road, in the Hilton area, at around 10.10am. It is understood it was a small electrical fire in the loft area of the property, which was extinguished within half an hour. The male owner raised the alarm, and was treated for smoke inhalation at the scene by paramedics. He has not been taken to hospital. The road was closed for the fire to be brought under control, and police were in attendance.
