Emergency services were called to Ashgrove Road at 2.50am. A spokesman for Scottish Fire and Rescue said: “We had to cut a man free following a crash on Ashgrove Road and he was then taken to hospital.” Police and ambulance were also in attendance. A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: “The man’s injuries to do not appear to be life threatening.” Police diverted traffic from the scene until 9.10am when the road was re-opened.
