Police have named Iain Sturrock as the eight-year-old who died in Portsoy last night. Officers were informed of the collision shortly before 5pm which also involved a white Citroen Berlingo. His family said: “Iain was a loving little boy who lived for swimming, karate and going to Cubs. “We are in shock and are absolutely devastated that he has been taken from us.” Police are appealing for witnesses to the accident to contact the force on 101.
