Traffic chaos near Danestone following two car crash

Aberdeen motorists are facing huge traffic delays after a two vehicle collision on a city road.

Police and ambulance teams were called at 1pm to the scene of the crash near the Buckie Farm carvery on the A90 east of Danestone.

The road was closed for a while and although it has now been re-opened, traffic is still severely congested in the area.

Nobody has been taken to hospital yet after the crash, which involved a black Audi Estate and a red Ford fiesta.
