The incident took place at around 7.10pm on Mastrick Road, near to the junction with New Park Place. The 48-year old woman was approached by a man who stole her handbag, before running off along New Park Place. The suspect is described as being around 30-years old with a medium build and broad face. He has mousy brown, wavy hair with a light growth of facial hair. He was wearing a two-tone charcoal grey hoodie with a dark trim around the light hood, dark coloured jeans and lace up boots.
