Viva Brazil opened during the world cup last year in July on the former premises of similar Brazillian-style restaurant Tropeiro at Golden Square. The restaurant’s closure means the loss of 19 staff at the Golden Square restaurant, with eight of the staff working part-time. Viva Brazil, who specialise in all-you-can-eat meat at their chain restaurants, will keep its restaurants in Liverpool, Cardiff and Glasgow open.
