What happened on Blackhall Road?
The Press & Journal has seen video footage taken on Blackhall Road during the time of the incident which, due to its nature, we have chosen not to publish.
The one-minute film shows a man leaving a property while clutching his arm or hand and walking slowly across the road.
He gets to the other side before then turning back before collapsing in the carriageway.
A car stops next to him and a woman gets out of the vehicle and appears to try and offer some assistance at the scene while alerting other motorists.
