Firefighters tackled a fire at an Aberdeen property this afternoon.
Two appliances from North Anderson Drive attended the blaze at Lilac Place, Mastrick.
They were called to the scene at 1.15pm and the fire was contained by 1.45pm.
Fire and rescue service watch manager, Davie Hendry, said it had been a “relatively small fire”.
He added: “Accessing it was a bit awkward, all we had was two breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet and a thermal camera to check there wasn’t any further fire spread.
“Anything inside a dwelling, the standard response is two appliances.”
Mr Hendry and his crew then carried out community safety checks on neighbouring properties after tackling the fire.
