Police are appealing for witnesses after a man exposed himself to an eight-year-old girl in Aberdeen yesterday morning.
The girl was left uninjured but was “extremely distressed” by the incident on Flourmill Lane at around 8.30 am.
The suspect is described as being a male, 5ft 6ins tall, with a slim/average build with short dark hair and of Asian appearance. He was wearing a green hooded jacket and blue jeans.
A police spokesman said: “Police Scotland is appealing for witnesses following an indecent exposure that involved an 8-year-old female and occurred in the Flourmill Lane area of Aberdeen at around 8.30am on Monday 26 January 2015.
“The young girl, although uninjured, was left extremely distressed by the incident and Police ask that anyone with information to come forward.
“Police are liaising with nearby schools to ensure parents are aware and have extra patrols in the area to provide reassurance to the community.”
