Firefighters free cat stuck between walls

A cat has been rescued by firefighters after getting stuck between a wall and a cellar in Aberdeen.

Firefighters were called to an address on Fowler Avenue, Middlefield at about 1.20pm following reports that the cat was stuck.

They used small tools to remove some of the brickwork of the cellar to free the puss.

A fire service spokesman said: “The cat was stuck between two walls and a cellar.

“We got the call at 1.20pm, and the stop message came back at 1.45pm.”
