Multi-million pound plans to transform the site of a former Aberdeen music shop have been approved.
Hotel chain OCM Luxembourg have lodged £15million plans to turn Bruce Millers, on Union Street, into a nine-storey apartment hotel complete with a bar and cafe.
The music shop ceased trading several years ago.
It is hoped that the building would create 100 jobs, 20 of them full time and a further 80 part time.
The plans – which have now been approved – were first submitted in August last year.
