A man has been charged following a crash on the A90 near Newburgh.
Emergency services were alerted to a one-car crash on the Aberdeen to Fraserburgh road just after 7pm on Wednesday.
A section of the road was closed between Ellon roundabout and the Newburgh junction for more than two hours, reopening at around 9.30pm.
Nobody required hospital treatment.
The 50-year-old involved was arrested following the incident and will appear in court at a later date.
A police spokeswoman said: “Around 7.10pm on Wednesday November 3, officers received a report of a one-vehicle crash on the A90 near Newburgh.
“Emergency services attended and there was no requirement for hospital treatment.
“A 50-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection and is due to appear at court on an undertaking at a later date.”
