Two people escaped uninjured after their car went off the road and landed on its roof near Kemnay.
Emergency services were alerted around 1.50pm to reports of a car on its roof on the B993 Monymusk to Kemnay road.
Two fire crews were sent to the scene and used cutting gear, a winch, stabilisation blocks and a ladder to assist the two passengers out of the vehicle.
Both appliances left the scene around 2.15pm.
A police spokeswoman said paramedics were at the scene, but there were no apparent injuries.
The road was closed while emergency services attended and has since reopened.
She said: “Around 1.50pm on Sunday November 6, officers received a report of a car on its roof on the B993, near Whiterashes.
“The occupants were checked by paramedics at the scene. The road was reopened around 3.30pm.”
